Artist's CommentsWith the warmth of the earth, My fears slip away With the comfort of home, I am safe. ---------------------- The orb is supposed to be a reminder of her home. She now lives in the forest in solitude so she is afraid of her new life style. However she will learn to adjust to it instead of running back to the safety of her home. I would to say..... it wasn't supposed to be filled with autumn colors. I finished this manip with multiple shades of green for this earthly feeling. I was going to heavily texture this manip but I didn't want to choke this piece to death and at the same time I didn't want to do a "safe" manip. I wanted it to say, "Hey look at me!" I wasn't sure what I wanted to do so I decided to play with vintage coloring popularized by LJ icon makers.
